She believes we are our own most powerful teacher, and each offer a different experience and new discovery to one another. Dedicated to the practice, study and teaching of yoga with more than 4,500 hours of training and education and 10,000 of teaching experience, Jules is blessed to have had the additional experience of training military personnel and spouses in Okinawa, Japan and Puerto Rico – for which she says has enriched her life and yoga practice to an even deeper level. Jules attended her first yoga class as a teen, and became a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer in 1991. In 1997 she began a daily yoga practice, and yoga became her passion. In 2003 she became a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and in 2004 developed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training Enrichment Study for which she has graduated more than 300 students.   Those who have enriched her life and practice include instructors Mellony Ritchey, Melissa Smith, Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann,  Bryan Kest, Shiva Rea, Rolf Gates, Paul Grilley, Seane Corne, Les Leventhal, Max Strom and Ross Rayburn.

Summer Manestar

Summer found her love for yoga at the age of fifteen, and since then has become deeply rooted in her practice. She knew from the start that she wanted to share her love and passion for yoga with the rest of the world, and recently fulfilled her dream of becoming a certified yoga teacher through Marianne Wells Yoga School. Summer believes that yoga is for anybody and everybody, and that it is an incredibly healing practice that is truly life changing. She draws on Iyengar yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa flow to create a class that is for all levels, and leaves you feeling refreshed and at peace.

Kaitlin Hayden

Kaitlin completed her 200hr Kripalu yoga teacher training in 2013, is a licensed massage therapist and a transcendental meditation practitioner. She draws of different types of yoga to create an authentic and nonjudgmental teaching style where any student at any level feels welcome. Yoga has taught her many things but most importantly it has helped her learn to have a compassion centered philosophy.

Jess Miller

Jessica started practicing yoga in 2010, but really dove into self-practice about 3 years ago, after moving to Ormond Beach. Coincidentally, she attended classes where Jules instructed and they became fast friends.  A few years later Jess moved to St. Augustine and continued to develop her love of the yoga practice.  She enjoys the diverse ways that yoga mentally and physically challenges us and how the dynamic relationship of strength and flexibility benefits a variety of workout programs. In her class you will be lead to draw your focus inward and on the present-humble confidence of yourself.

Jess is currently pursuing a greater knowledge of yoga in all respects, but mainly focusing on yoga as part of the athletic community. Working to acquire more teaching and learning hours to better herself as an instructor and practitioner; doing so through self-study and by attending various classes & workshops.

Rob Morris

Robwas challenged to first participate in yoga as part of the P90X program.  He quickly learned that even that level of yoga would improve almost every aspect of my life. Since that time he has taken the journey to become better in his yoga practice in every session.  Part of that journey is to assist others with their practice. Rob is a dynamic  and engaging instructor in training.  Namaste!
